I did the worlds powerlifting. Ross Stone now has some strongman kit at our gym so worth a play around with them and then compete Happy

I give a f**k thats why I asked, I'm competing a lot next year it does help if you plan to take your family with you.

All helps with the cost of training, eating etc.
