i have a secret weapon though now to put the weight on Wink, suppose not so secret now lol i plan to be 90 lean for next year otherwise retirement Roll-Eyes

yeah not heard anything yet about u90's (dates, events etc) but if i aim for 105 weights i shold be ok, plus i cant see me being overweight for either Angry

cheers mate, been nice getting back into it after having a few months off but got to put te work in now becuse for some reason my name ended up on the lifters for northern 105 Confused haha

trained wednesday although every muscle in my body was sore for monday so took it quite easy

deads (on the thinnest bar in the world)
185kg 4 sets of 6
bench (took it really light on these)
80kg 4 sets of 10
squat
100kg lots of reps just getting back into the groove with squat shoes which felt awesomwe after not having them for months.

first session back after a few months off and could tell lol, felt s**t after the session but a new training programme is starting monday and im looking forward to it a lot.

just messed about with a bit of everything but was pretty terrible in my oppinion.

log press
62kg for about 10
72kg for 5 cleans and presses
82kg 1
87kg 3 or 4 singles
92kg f (gutted but kept missing it)

farmers
80kg 40metres
110kg 20metres (think)
140kg about 6 metres and ropped my hand apart Unhappy

yoke
160 40 metres
220 40 metres
300 about .............that far, moved a few metres but felt far to heavy

bit of axle overhead not very heavy then kept missing 105 sooo all in all pretty poor but made me hungry to train again and i'll now be at olympic mon and fri so no excuse to not be stronger for next years u90's
