I found adding 1/2 jar of peanut butter per day (home brand 62p a jar) and a couple of pints of milk (£1 for 4 pints) was a really cheap way to get an extra 2,000 kcals in a day. Some good fat and protein from peanut butter too. Worked for me at an extra fiver a week. | |||

At 108kg the bodyweight log will be against me compared to 90kg guys but I still love the idea. It's a bit of motivation to lean out for the comp too. | |||

I remember watching this ages ago. I would say it's at least 3 years old. The only thing I could work out was the coach telling him to do 3-5 reps. |
