Brosciance - is that where you ask the ghosts of dead bodybuilders for questionable technical advice?

Just seen your squat video - well fought on that last rep but it only strengthens my view you shouldn't do the Coan Squat routine, you're not ready for it - the next twelve weeks should be spent revamping your squat form, do it little by little and often.

If that form is the form you usually use it might also explain why your squat isn't moving as fast as you'd like.

Twenty Kilos in twelve weeks is fine progress, but remember it is a 'peaking' routine.

Have you posted footage of your squats? If not, I am sure you will get plenty of pointers if you want / need it.

Unless you have a meet in twelve weeks I would just f**king lift. Are you the sort of person who needs a pre-planned routine to allow you to mentally buy in to what you are doing?

My experience says that if I will Deadlift heavy and eat well I will get stronger

Well, that settles it then. Roll-Eyes

If I was in your shoes I'd be deadlifting more a lot more frequently than once per week, even if not always heavy. I'd also spend more time on general strength to build that final deadlift peak higher than what it could be by deadlifting alone.

You did ask what we thought.

I would be very leery of taking any advice that said the best way to do something for a specialist routine was only once a week.
» Froch v Groves II Confirmed (Go to post)31-05-2014 @ 11:48
Head says Froch, heart says Groves - guess I win either way! :-) I can't see Froch making the same mistakes a second time.

Rematches often turn out to be a limp affair as neither party has the fire to go back to the well again - having said there are plenty of exceptions so hopefully this will be one of them.

Agree with looking around for flooring options, depending on who you know you could get a decent flooring dirt cheap. A purpose built ply / rubber option would be ideal but I would check whether the location is liable to flood / leak if you go this route.

Quite agree with regards the poor standard of the press, my point is why would you even Troll that information given that the Public probably isn't even going to get the "joke"?

Perhaps I got out of bed the wrong side this morning but I fail to see even one 'Lol' in this situation. I wonder if the Man on the Clapham Omnibus will get the inside joke or merely believe the press headlines (actually I dont wonder at all) - it just ends up portraying us as a bunch of Ass Hats.

I could be wrong however - perhaps spree killing are in fact comedy gold....??

Paul,

As I am sure you know Yates won six.

As for the training style, not sure what all the fuss is about.

f**k the damage to the company image, I'd think they'd be more concerned about your apparent multiple breaches of Health & Safety. Or you saying that they are aware and that they either encourage or tacitly let it slide. Either way you'd be f**ked.

General_ill said:I actually got a carpet from your carpetright a few years back. If is known how badly you where treated I would never have done it. I promise I won't darken there door again. Might even boycott mother care next door. Infact the whole of the Albion retail park can go f**k themselves.

Am, them all to Hell!

Wouldn't surprise me - ref the reports as to how some McDonalds Franchisees treated their workers a few years back.

And you think that will always be the case?
