A bit sad but there is not very much i want,I have a lovely wife and son and I like the house I live in,not intrested in flash cars etc.
Have won a british title in powerlifting once which for me is ok as i never expected that from the sport.

Good deadlifting, are you going to stick with normal deadlifts or mix it up a bit with deficit deads,or reverse band deads etc ,

Well done ,not sure i could ever be bothered to put myself through such a weightloss,in most of the comps I have lifted in it is more like twenty to thirty minutes break between squat bench and deadlift so it could have been worse for you lol.
well done on the pbs and good luck for this coming weekend.

Sometimes a belt can hurt the ribs at the bottom rib if put on too high.
My Mrs broke her arms squating once and one of them has a pin in it ,which causes the shirt to hurt that arm with it being a little larger than the other arm.

My wife wears a size 40 [which i wear first to stretch it out )as she would be about 10 kg heavier than you I would think a 38 would be ok.
Sorry about the injury.

A bit late ,but very impresive squating both on the 227.5 back squat and also the front ones.
How do you train so late at night ? are you able to sleep ok afterwards.
making me feel very lazy,
