Congrats on the win,a win is a win.the total will not be remembered in years to come just the result.
Get the knee sorted asap ,think i messed mine up by not getting it operated on straight away ,i had pattella tedenius {sorry about spelling]but the reason for it was cartilage damage should have had it cleaned out straight away.
Sounds like a very long days lifting, must have been a lot of lifters, not sure how many we had at the europeans but it did not finish that late, and we had breaks as well.

In fairness both the IWF and the IPF the main governing bodies for weightlifting and powerlifting have same day weigh ins.
So its more the norm for strength sports, combat sports are different though.

well doneyou be pleased with the result,as for the being sick thing at least you did it before the comp.
I was sick after a powerlifting comp once while sat down with the team having pizza.
working on a bank holiday is a bit harsh, hope you got double time at least.
