» Potentially Torn Bicep (Go to post)01-11-2012 @ 16:21
is it the bicep or the pec?

get to your GP and ask them to refer you to the orthopaedic outpatient clinic at the local hospital. they might at least give you an ultrasound.

if you go to A&E they'll tell you to f**k off after letting you wait for 8 hours.

So you'll be plastics then? You should be fairly highly banded so it won't be as if you're on basic pay. What banding are you?

I'd like photographic evidence and don't start that 'beauty is in the eye of the beholder' bulls**t because we all know who's bang tidy and who's a pig.

£1m? no woman surely is worth that for a sweaty f**k. Kelly Brook in her heyday would have got a bit but a million?

I just read you could make a million pounds in a few years in your previous post
Then you don't get paid enough... Does conflict some what and to be able to be in a position whereby you can later on earning millions has got to be an excellent long term motivator... Especially doing a job you love

Doctors on the whole do pretty well financially especially when you work out that there are over 200,000 of them in the UK to pay. I don't think there are any junior doctors who will earn less than £26k in their pre-reg year after banding (should they earn more?). registrars will earn up to around £90k again depending on specialty and banding. consultants start on £74k but with on call allowance (say 6%) then its much closer to £80k) and that rises pretty quickly to around £85k + on call allowance.

Pension wise, in order to receive a pension of 60% of their salary (say £80-100k of pensionable pay after inflation) they would need a pot of around £1.5 - £2m which is not a bad amount.

I know a few doctors, mostly eye specialists and plastics guys who have earned a few quid but on the whole most would be looking at around £200k a year with private work (cardiology etc).

there are only a few specialties that are so overly protected or have no on-call that only earn the basic (genetics etc).

all very boring, give me your pension pot and you can jizz up my arse

if it was suffering the usual night I have with my missus then fire on. it normally consists of her on the phone to her cousin while watching UKs Jewish Mother of the year. I usually go upstairs for a tug at this point.

I would move some stuff in to give her the impression you are going to live there for a couple of months. if you don't move in then the s**t will hit the fan pretty much immediately with the landlord/letting agent.

agree to her that you will pay her the rent directly (do not pay any more directly to the landlord) and that she should set up a standing order or direct debit for the rent herself. Explain that this is better in the long term as once you have found a place of your own it saves changing any details.

dont talk to the landlord about it. it is incredibly unlikely that they will let you leave, you have signed a contract and making them aware of your situation or intention will only empower them.

once all is set up, leave or just dont go back. if she doesn't pay then she will be evicted (you'll both be evicted but she will be resident). as they have her payment details and contact details they are more likely to chase her for the rent than you as you are jointly and severably liable. if they cant chase her then they will come after you.

in order to affect your credit rating (unless you have signed a credit agreement) they will have to take you to the small claims court, get a judgement and then you will have a period of time to pay. they will more than likely take your ex to court than you.

or take all of the doors off and hide them

I was keen on a border terrier,I seen a border terrier cross patterdale which looked like a cool dog.I have to test all the dogs with my Cat firstly but she is good with my neighbors dog (English Bull terrier)

I looked in all 3 kennels in my area and I was shocked at the amount of staffy dogs,I think I seen 50 cages and at least a third of them where staffs :S

Any how I am keeping my eyes open for a border or a Patterdale

The guy I was talking to at the kennels said he was collection 2 rat terriers from home which the owner just died, never seen a rat terrier!

I f**king hate border terriers. only because my next door neighbours have one and its just a grumpy f**ker that wont stop barking, ever.

jack russells are ok, there is one on a shoot I go to thats quite nice. its owned by one of the other guns there (a man called Sandy).

There is a beater on the shoot called Derek who is a very good friend of Sandy's. one day when Sandy was using his band saw to cut some firewood (Derek was holding the wood), the saw blade hit a knot in the wood causing the log to jump, Derek's hand went into the saw and he cut his thumb off. Panic ensued, blood was everywhere but they were both of sound mind enough to search for the thumb only to see the bloody dog pick it up and eat it.

I would have shot that dog.
