Other than that I'll have a Nespresso at home rather than go to any of the high street places

but Bigmacca is the coffee connoisseur!

the 5 best coffee shops in Edinburgh are all owned by the one guy, Artisan is good but not the best. try Coffee Project, Kilimanjaro Coffee, Circle Coffee, Wellington Coffee or the one at the foot of morningside road. He used to use Artisan beans but changed as they started blending wholesale (they now do a £6 a kg bag which is not great).

excellent stuff, great progress. in 10 weeks she looks to have similar strength to that bird ESG in the pleasance (who was the only relatively strong bird in that place).

I find it appalling though that she appears to own a pair of beautiful red Adidas Adipower shoes.

I see your numbers are equipped. Any idea of your uneqipped max's?

at the moment I dont know. havent put any more than 180 on the bench as I had a bit of surgery on there a few years ago and scared it pops again if I go heavier.
