@dan.planned to up the weight slightly every session. But realistically this won't last very long,as you can see from My last two workouts.I'm starting to fail already.got to think Long term.I'm going to try lowering the weight a bit,and do 8x2 then the next workout will be 7x2 - 1x3 and the workout After that will be 6x2 - 2x3 ect until I reach 8x3 then increase The weight slightly .hopefully my body will cope better with that. What do you think ! | |||

Back still stiff/sore from deadlifting the other day. I should have had another day or two to rest it. Squat Empty bar x 10 60kg x 5 95kg x 5 95kg x 5 95kg x 5 100kg x 1 105kg x 1 110kg x 1 115kg x 1 (struggled on that one.back sore now,not going to push it any further) Benchpress Empty bar x 10 60kg x 5 90kg x 5 90kg x 5 90kg x 5 Painful just picking plates up off the floor now. So I'm just gona call it a day at that. Next session I'm going to change the amount of reps and sets. Not going to do singles anymore .see how that goes. | |||
