Started Olympic lifts full time! Got a coach who's irish can't understand f**k all so it's difficult but he does hand actions which lets me figure out general crack . Ha.

Been doing it full time for about 3 weeks! Goal was a 160 clean and jerk and a 120 snatch but nearly done those by accident already haha so gona make it 130 and 170. For 300 total!

First session that requires logging was.

Snatch

115kg!

Clean and jerk

145kg Peanut but hurt wrist

Paused squat

260kg PB.

That was from other day. Tore thumb and borrised sin out of wrist so rested since ! Pulled 300 for crack today tho.

Went out Saturday off my head was funny. Chased an Asian up a tree then pulled some blonde ha

It was nothing to do with that Pete I grinded the squat as long as I could and I could feel I had a split second left before I blacked out so I chose to dump it . If I had the control to just sit down into the squat I would of finished the rep .

I always dump the bar over my dome like that when on the rare occasion I do fail .

Also I asked them not to spot me because I was only meant to do 10 and as the 11th was so fast they didn't expect me to die like that .
