Friday training Squat 225kg x 6 x 2 Push press 120kg x 6 x 2 Saturday Clean and jerk for max 155, f, f, 1! PB Annoyed .. Second failed went out in front on the jerk felt back tweak but had another attempt ! Was fine all day untill I lead in bed for literally 20 minutes and I couldn't get out ! Didn't get 1 minute sleep last night as was hurting to much and this morning can hardly walk!! Back is completely siezed! Never had this happen before hopefully be ok in a few days! Supposed to be at Strongman today and deadlifts tomorrow haha! | |||

Ok going to start logging again regular as I'm struggling to keep up ... Most vids gona be on my insta .. @shanejer... This year Im going to a) compete in GPC sometime at 82kg, b) u90 strongman c) run some endurance races Currently on top form strength wise, just missed a raw dead PB other day and just started a new build up to some pbs. Unsure when first comp will be ! Probably northerns u90kg. If an open Anyways ... Monday training Desdlift 180kg x 5x5 Power clean 100kg x 6x2 Bent over row pull up super set 130kg x 10- 10 pull ups 3 rounds Face pulls 3x 15 30 minutes HIIT Tuesday ......... Front squat 110kg x 8x3 Push press 80kg x 5x5 100kg x 15 Btn strict 55kg x 3x15 Side raises run rack 30 minutes HIIT Wednesday Squat 160kg x 5x5 Let curls and leg press super set today Guns and abs 30 minutes HIIT . x | |||
