100kg x 3 reps --PB by 3 reps. I've never had more than 1 rep at a time without having to return the bar to the floor between reps.

92.5kg x 10 reps --A bit easy at the moment but haven't done front squats in a while so starting lightish.
A2 - Farmers Walk
95kg (Each Hand) x 40m (Turn@20m)

55kg (Each Hand) x 40m (Turn@20m) --Grip started to fail so stepped the weight down and just went for speed.

200kg x 10 --Just want to get used to a heavier weight on my back

A1 - Bench Press
60kg x 10 reps
92.5kg x 5 reps
105kg x 5 reps
120kg x 9 reps --PB by 1 rep. So close to getting ten but just ran out of power. My spotter slipped when taking the bar off me and I got a nice mouthful of sweaty scotum. What a great way to start the day.
A2 - Neutral Grip Chin Ups
+30kg x 5 reps
+30kg x 5 reps
+30kg x 5 reps

B1 - EZ Curls
30kg x 10 reps
35kg x 10 reps
42.5kg x 5 reps --Should have got 10 but didn't have enough recovery time between sets.
B2 - Bench Press --Pinkies on rings
100kg x 10 reps
100kg x 6 reps

No time. Had to ditch the last sets.

This actually makes me feel happier about my 4th place finish. To be fair it was a great comp and never felt like anyone had an unfair advantage.

40kg x 15 reps --Always find these so hard. Sicked a little in my mouth.
A2 - Seated Press
80kg x 5 reps

80kg x 5 reps --Didn't really like this, it hurt my shoulders a bit. This might be useful should I not be able to do standing press but think I'll ditch it for now.

Happy with this session but need a little more volume. Also had a new training partner start with me today. He's a complete newbie but willing to learn.
