Guys it's all irrelevant. He won't do the qualifier, because either he won't make weight or some other excuse.

When he fails to compete, or does but comes last we can bump this thread for him to post his excuses.

Other than that I think he should be ignored for the deluded fool he is.

Vit. B12
Creatine
Vit. D3
Carnosine
DHA

Five (not all) nutrients only found in meat. There are pros and cons for both eating vegetarian/vegan and omnivorous diets, i.e. it is possible to be healthy on a vegan diet its just harder to get everything in and an omnivorous has been shown to increase risks of certain cancers etc. but the bigger picture is the difference between them is minimal compared to the difference of doing one diet correctly or doing it incorrectly.

e.g. its fine being vegan and supplementing well but if you have a penchant for doughnuts or smoking or more than a bit of alcohol it makes a much larger difference.

There are more important things to worry about, ignore her and if it gets too much then just tell her to shut up or the best option is just to get rid of facebook.

In regards to the raw meat I have eaten raw fois gras, raw beef, raw lamb and used to work with a polish bloke who would occasionaly eat raw bacon and never did I get ill from it, in reference to Paulsavages long quote, there is no reason for us to have such high stomach acidity if we are not eating raw meat when the cooking process is killing most of the bacteria for us.

I gotta disagree with this purely on the fact that we are the best long distance runners on the face of the earth. We are so advanced BECAUSE we are smaller and are still able to run any creature down. There are peoe in Africa still hunting this way today.

That really is not a good admission to make

Because you are saying the things you write are so stupid they are impossible to differentiate from those of a troll

A 235 front squat isn't strong? The more time I spend on Sugden the less I want to compete again.

Paul, you say you can close a CoC 4 with either hand. You may be the only person in the world who's done it left-handed? I don't disbelieve you though.

I didnt read that bit lol.

We are one of the most successful hunters of all time, with a very high kill rate. We manage to do so through v good endurance prowess (particularly through our ability to sweat), intelligence, and technology. Technology that, although we improved on, mostly was in use in species we evolved from. Flint tools, spears etc. This why we probably ate more meat than most other omnivoures.

It you wana get real reductionist all modern mammals evolved from carnivours. Specifically insectivours.

No, my rabbit has teeth very similar to mine. Think of a horse. Why do people assume this without really even thinking? If this were true we would be able to eat raw meat without getting sick.

I didn't say I'd be any good at boxing, all I said was heavyweights are s**t these days and I'm fast/hit hard.
Have already proven being vegetarian works better for me.

The heavyweight division is suffering from a lack of talent and many can be considered "s**t" when compared to heavyweights of the late 60's/early 70's and late 80's, but I guarantee you any of these so called s**t heavyweights - from Skelton to Williams to Harrison - would put you through a f**king wall.

Yes 5lb daily. I'm now heavier than I was then, and a bit leaner, after only just starting lifting heavy again, so nowhere.

Soooooo you were 17 stone 6,2" and fairly lean , your now heavier and a bit leaner yet a few days ago you told me you were looking to lose 15" from your waist , that you were down 6+ inches from a 46" ???????

I am 21 stone 6,1" , not very lean at all and have a 36" waist - what exactly do you class as lean? Confused

Leave him be, 1 man creating so much interest, he must be the new messiah! Jesus was laughed at to start with and now look at all the evidence to prove what he did, we'll all be eating our vegetarian words when we look back in a couple fo thousands years!
