after about 10 months off i thought id better get training again. hopefully i can stick with it this year. Been training the past 8 weeks, need to start recording it properly.

goals for 2013: (currently)

deadlift 290kg (240kg)
squat 240kg (190kg)
push press 130kg (110kg)
log 140kg (120kg)

done some wide grip seated rows, held at the top

4 sets of 5, fairly heavy.

nice easy day, got to stick to the plan!
