How easy is this to do first attempt? For example could I wear the lower half of my squat suit for a comp this weekend? Eventhough I've not worn one before! Or bad idea as it will snap all my s**t up?

Personally, I wouldnt. If the suit is tight, and you have your belt tight, you may struggle to hit depth (weight dependant) in bottoms only

Plus, squatting in briefs/bottoms, is different to squatting "raw"

Has the suit been broken in by someone else ? Or is it fresh out the bag ?

Is say you would want atleast one session in it if its been broken in but if its brand new is leave it

I wouldn't. Even loose briefs/half suit give you a very different feel to squatting raw. It'll be hard to adjust to that in competition with limited practice.

Thanks for replies. Its a strongman comp. Has been broken in by somebody else, but it is tight. As its just a standard squat, not a machine and for reps I'll go without the squit I think!

Cheers

Judgeing by the 260 you put up a few wks back, 240 for reps shouldnt be aproblem, wraps only
