anyway i have official quite rugby and taken up american football

so preseason log for last week was on muscletalk but prefer here

monday 2.1.12
mix match, just did what i felt like

log press
worked up to 110kg log for 1 rep
never failed a rep didnt want to fail
wanted to work on technique


fat bar bench press
3 inch bar
110kg x 8 x 3 sets

farmers ss rear delt
110kg farmers per hand for 30meters ss 12kg rear delt raises for 3 sets

couldnt be bothered to train lol. so picked the easiest thing that i could think of

but turned into an ok session

45 degree back extesion ss right side on back extension ss left side on bank extension ss abs on extension machine ss side ab throws to partner 20 reps on each

punch bag work
5x35sec with 35sec break

rubbish so unfit

1 mile run
9.40min

again rubbish aim is 6.30 will take ages to get there
good news legs didnt feel heavy it was cv fitness not lactic build up that slowed me down
