3@170 really didn't feel that much harder than 160.not that I found it easy though a lot of conditioning,
10x5 wide lat pulldown
10x5 reverse grip pull downs
10x5 single arm row
All on cables.
Good mornings 1x10@80k 4x10@90k
Power shruggs 5x10 170k didn't have much left for shruggs today :/
Leg press 5x10@320 this completely kicked the s**t out ta me today but I did have to walk a mile and
Half to the gym this morning,can't wait till Thursday ......honest Happy

Thanks I'm hoping maybe to get involved with comps but at my weight there are some real monsters lol I'll need to trim a bit ,,also would really like to try strongman,with deadlifts I'm on a 8/5/3 .a month on each then deload :-)

High pulls to loosen my back up 10x5 @60k
Rack pulls 3 sets of 10x3@180 2sets of 10x2 @200
Leg press 3sets of 12@340k 2x8@440k attempted some power shruggs but called it a day very drained.

High pulls ,very light hips felt tight so 5x10@60k
Goodmornings 5x10@ 70k
Lat pulldowns wide 5x10
Pulldown close reverse grip 5x10
Single arm pulls 5x10 all around 3/4 of the stack
Leg press 5x20@280 ss calves 15-20 reps
Power shruggs 5x10@140k and that was that got home ate fell asleep think its an age thing Happy

Monday
Back to deads skipped a day ,back didnt feel fully recoverd from last monday.
Deadlift warmed up 120x8
5x8@160 did try a 170 for one set but was pathetic so dropped back down.
Then did my usual wide lat pulldowns chin up grip pulldowns snd sigle arm rows all 10reps five sets
Then power shruggs 100/120/140/180/180 x10reps on each followed by legpress 280x15 300 2x15
Kept it short today il never hit my goal if i kill mu back but i am aware i nred to work at it Happy

OK so deads second workout of the week back felt better after doing a the Monday session.
Dead lifts 8x120
8x160
8x160
8x165
8x170
Felt nice experimented with pointing toes slightly inwards but not to much as 1 to much pressure on outer knee and 2 might look a bit odd lol,but using my feet this way made the lifts feel tighter,
Snatch grip deads, first time doing theses so went really light,
120x5
120x8
125x8
130x8
Pulls latpull wide 5x10
Reverse chin up style pulls 5x10
Single arm rows 5x10
Power shrugs 160kx10
180kx10 4 sets
Leg press 280kx20
310kx20
400x15 3sets
And that was that felt good. Bench coming on well but that another story :-)

Yoke 180k first time working with yoke took it easy. 30 x3
Farmers walk 87 k each hand 30m x3
Loading 90k atlas stone 3x5 second highest platform approx 5ft and a few ichescnot sure lol
Log over head press.really weak over head as have bad shoulder from over use but felt good even if it was light 5x8 70k . the end :-)

Again really light trying to find that form.

Not used to doing deads squats and bench all the same day but again light after time off.
European press axle 5x5 @ 60 k
5x10 on a chest machine,it a bit odd it ment to work the shallow part of a bench press tricep work, like a sauna to day pouring with sweat. Have it in my head not to re_ injure myself I'm supposed to be seeing Andy B on the 27th and would like to be able to lift the bar.

3x190 was not happy with depth so went again:-)

Power cleans very light coz I'm rubbish at them and trying to get the technique right.5x2

I know not setting the world on fire but happy as I've never really done much overhaed so enjoying the progress :-)
3 sets of back rows to failure
3 sets of chin ups to failure =3x5 a bit crap really.
