I have been asked to put on a comp august 13th i know there are already 3 comps that day so not ideal

my initial thinking is a light open comp which would appeal to lighter beasts also

this will be THE CENTERPIECE of MELTON MOWBRAY OLYMPICS with lots of other sports happening with the aim to get kids/youths interested in sport

there will be prizes and at least 1 t-shirt entry £5

EVENTS

MAX LOG 3 lifts in rounds

MEDLEY 280kg frame 20m 110kg shackle 20m then load to 4 foot platform

FINGALS FINGER max reps 75s (tbc)

KEG/IMPLEMENT TOSS 5+ items to be tossed over a high bar

18'' DEADLIFT 3 lifts in rounds suits and straps allowed

i am thinking max log and max 18'' deadlift 3 lifts in rounds like powerlifting

i need to go check out the venue before deciding other stuff
