Trained legs today sa follows:
Squat
-60kg-8 reps (warmup)
-100kg- 8 reps
-120kg- 6 reps
-140kg- 4 reps
-160kg- 1 rep
-170kg- 1 rep
-175kg- 1 rep (PB)
-180kg- FAIL!! lol

Front squat
-60kg- 8 reps
-80kg- 6 reps
-100kg- 3 sets of 3 reps (PB first attempt at front squats)

Farmers Walk
-120kg- 50 metre x 2 warmup
-160kg- 50 metre x 2
-200kg- 50 metre

Overall gud session but could have done better if it wasnt for the BEASTY deadlifting session the previous day. aiming towards a 220kg farmers walk for 100m (ish), 180kg squat and a big improvement in front squat. Only problem i had was my wrists with the front squat, they were killing me after 5 minutes, could do with improvin flexibility!!

no 100kg in each mate, tht was after a full leg session tho, would like to see wat i can do fresh of the blocks
