awesome session tonight warm ups felt like pish but everything got going later, plus felt like s**t most of this week until today

Good session tonigh compared to last week
Deadlift all touch and go

finished with gunz and forearm work
really pleased with the deadlifting touch and go seems to work well for me and my pull off the floor is improving. Also my grip seems to be back to normal and im having no problems in that departmnt. Bicep work is pish and sore in the left arm but is improving really struggle flipping the 37.5 kg dumbells up on the left side but it is improving. Definatley need to increase my stretching as it definatley reduces my knee pain as i had virtually none after deadlifting.

Finished with flys,gunz and elbow work. Bench felling solid again just really needing to get cleaning and pressing again but it will have to wait till my knee and elbow are feeling 100% again

Your average session tonight is better than a good one was not so long ago.

Have memories of you struggling to pull a 220 single.

Not every session will be great, but you are coming on well. Knowing you can rep 240 on a bad day must be a bit satisfying Happy

Good session again and first session ive felt pleased about forearm/bicep tenderness

130x8 PB felt solid and powerfull though i should try 140
140x5 PB most i have done at this weight is a double so delighted with that
140x5 better reps as first try
Decline
90x10 3 sets did this with my brother never done much decline so it was different
hammer curls worked up to 10x20kg d/bells all painless then did drop set first time in a this year i have felt comfortable doing biceps
finished with tricep and flys
