Good session again tonight biceps starting to get alot better also been doing more hamstring stretches etc in my warm ups now

Knee is ok but always aware of it especially if i slip on something, hopefully squatting end of the week and see how it goes but things moving in the right direction and im under 17 stone at the moment

Squats were looking comfortable when I saw you mate. Hope the patella stops being such an issue and you can get some big squats going.

The strict work should pay off as well. If you can boost it and combine it with your decent OH tech you have for PP then you should do pretty well OH

Cheers chaps well f**k me that cissus stuff is a miracle, taste like a camels dick but f**k me awoke this morning with no tenderness at all in the knee since before shetlands strongest man had nothing the whole day and did some light push pressing using a double dip with very light weight and felt no discomfort at all so feeling very good at the moment but will still take it easy with squats etc

i'm taking the cissus every day plus the anti spasm drugs and both are helping me loads.
