Well since the other 2 chunky shetlanders have a log i thought i would start as im hopeless at keeping a record in my notebook. Currently trying to recover my elbow which is making progress butleft bicep and forearm fell weak as fook, and have patella tendonitis which is not hindering me but im always aware of it.

Looks good, ydo ou compete in under 105s, or just whatever comes along? What's the population of Shetland, you seem to have a high percentage of strongmen up there with 3 of you. Grin

Colin is being optimistic with his 105, he must be using the wife's scales Grin

Shetland has about 20,000 people. There are a few others up in Shetland who have/do/could compete. Have a few that could do well at 105 and got a lad i am hoping will do the Scottish u90s next year (clearly not Colin)

i was down to 102, back training and eating am starting to head above the 105kg....just

still feeling biceps sore even doing pulldowns, although my patella felt ok during deadlifts

35x6 havent done these in years felt a little weak in the forearms and biceps just moving and controlling the weight, stick to these for a while i think
finished with flys,shoulder raises and high rep biceps

bicep and tricep work, chest and shoulder stretches
Patella seems to be on the mend using the strap during work and keeping it tight which seems to help
