First decent lower back workout in about a year! Haha. Will put the belt on next week and go for 180kgx10 (396lbs) just for fun. Will video. Will build up my 3x10 on squat soon too, need some grinddddddddddd. Rack pull wise ima build up slowly, at this pin my best is only 250kg, it needs to come up!

These new workouts rock, shoulders and chest still sore from Friday though Confused

Legs are sore as s**t. Gona drive up my inclines, dips and wide grip bench for abit now, see what happens. Gona stick to high reps for now and work on the diet. 95kg in the gym will be fine for comping so 2kg to lose.

Haha, yeah the gym has electronic ones which are very accurate, just never used em before as I was living at uni. Now Im at home I can remind myself how overweight I am numerous times a week Grin

Good session. Forgot my belt so had to go lighter, squats definitely felt good though. 180kgx4x5r beltless would be a good goal to hit in the next month, definitely something to shoot for anyway. Pin squats are coming up well, next time i'll have the belt and start working down with 230kg.

Very solid squat training Brad. I like the idea of the pin squats, may have to steal that one off you Grin

Oh yeah, I know you've not been around the site since it started, but volume PBs are not allowed (PB police here again Grin )! This was because Rick did a double, I think for an equal double PB, the did a single with it afterwards and claimed PB for volume. You could just get silly with it...
