North West For Xmass

Right I'll be up around Uphollond for the xmass week. What are the good gyms in the area? I know there's good ones in Orrell and Wigan? What is Adlingtons opening times in that week?

I am traveling up on the monday and back down on the sunday so tues and sat will probably be my only days I could train and depenedent on openeing times?

yea, upholland is 10 mins from my gaff so it would be no bother to grab you on the way for a visit to adders

Aye mate, as Millsy has said, myslef, mickashurst and Porkpie tend to be in Tuesday & Thursday evenings, so be no problem if you wanted to join us. Also a couple of BDFPA boys you have probably competed against!!

I'll do my best to do both then. Adders on tuesday, dungeon on sat? I'd want to get two sessions in; deadlift and squat/bench.

Adders days are mon, wed, fri and saturday morning, i dont think anyone would be there on a tuesday.

Yeah Adders guys (Aaron, Fatpete, Rick, little_a etc) do as above, with us Catts boys doing Tuesday's & Thursdays. If i dont catch you @ Catts, will see you at the dungeon mate
