Internet went down last night so updating now. Suffering a little with my back so taking ibuprofen and also leaving kb work as I think it might be part of the problem.

A good session overall, squats felt hard but loss of weight and cardio have taken the edge off a little.

No KB work as Im trying to recover my back and I think its part of the problem. A good session, easy and done in 30 minutes. Finding these shorter sessions much more productive and enjoyable.

140kg/10 Belt on, equal PB, hard work but good

Stiff leg Deadlift
100kg/5,5 Straps on, hard work controlling the negative

Hang clean + front squat
40kg/2+2
60kg/2+2

Good session but very tired now. Took just over 40 minutes. Hamstrings in pieces now, cleans were hard as so pumped from deads

Bodyweight 88.8kg today, creeping up - big fatty. Hams still quite sore from deadlift session

Squat

107.5kg/4 Hard work as were all the previous sets, 3 reps min so did as many before my speed started to go. Very laboured, I blame the deadlifting

Pause squat Forgot about these and did them after ab wheel. Dummy
85kg+20kg/3,3 Fast but hard work on legs, pauses felt nasty

So binned off this session on Monday as I was recovering from work based stress and also all the prep for my proffesional chartership interview, glad its over but what a pain!

85kg/6 PB Misload, should have been 82.5 - didnt feel so strong, think the time off made me a bit rusty

65kg/8,8 Took it easy on these as Im deadlifting tomorrow

Back finally starting to feel better which is good, been sore for weeks now.
