Suffering a little with my back so taking ibuprofen and also leaving kb work as I think it might be part of the problem. Squat 20kg/5 60kg/5 80kg/5 90kg/5 100kg/8 Pause squat 80kg+20kg chain/3,3 Enjoy doing these, should make Ab Wheel 0kg/8,8 Standing Ab crunch Blue band/12,12 A good session overall, squats felt hard but loss of weight and cardio have taken the edge off a little. | ||

A good session, easy and done in 30 minutes. Finding these shorter sessions much more productive and enjoyable. | ||

Hams still quite sore from deadlift session Squat 20kg/5,5 60kg/5 82.5kg/3 92.5kg/3 107.5kg/4 Hard work as were all the previous sets, 3 reps min so did as many before my speed started to go. Very laboured, I blame the deadlifting Pause squat Forgot about these and did them after ab wheel. Dummy 85kg+20kg/3,3 Fast but hard work on legs, pauses felt nasty Ab Wheel 0kg/10,10 Standing Ab crunch Blue+white band/12,12 | ||

Close grip 4-board press 40kg/5 62.5kg/3 72.5kg/3 85kg/6 PB Misload, should have been 82.5 - didnt feel so strong, think the time off made me a bit rusty Bent over row 65kg/8,8 Took it easy on these as Im deadlifting tomorrow Back finally starting to feel better which is good, been sore for weeks now. | ||

Weighed 88.5kg this morning. Deadlift 60kg/5 80kg/5 115kg/3 130kg/3 Belt on 147.5kg/8 PB Not bad, stopped before it got slow Stiff leg Deadlift 105kg/5,5 Horrible but defo helping! Hang clean + front squat 40kg/2+2 65kg/2+2 A pleasing session and I felt quite aggressive, which is good. Feeling less tired as well. Good good | ||

Strict Press 20kg/5 35kg/5 40kg/3 45kg/8 PB Could have done more, stopped so they didnt get slow but watched the video and it was fast! Pullups 7.5kg/4,4 Good session, enjoyed the pullups. Wish I had done more on the strict though. | ||
