Strict Press 20kg/5 40kg/3 57.5kg/4,4,4 Shoulders felt tired Squat 20kg/5 60kg/5 100kg/3 Felt sore on my back 120kg/1 Belt on 135kg+20kg chain/1 Bit slow and grindy Pullups 11kg/4,5 Kneeling Ab wheel 0kg/6,6 Defranco Pullaparts Light band/12,12,12 Easy considering how little pressing I did KB work f**ked it off as tired So a bit of a pish session really, struggled to be bothered really. Was planning 2x3 on the squat but ditched it after the first rep, a wise decision I think. Got a job interview on thursday though | ||

Didnt start till half eight, would rather have had a nice sit down Close grip 4 board press 40kg/5 60kg/5 80kg/3 105kg/3,3,3 PB and also a volume PB Deadlift 60kg/5 100kg/5 140kg/3 Belt on 170kg/1 WTF, was supposed to be five - something funny going on this week! 150kg/3,3,3 Very nice and fast since I was full of rage after the 170 set Hang clean + Front squat combo 40kg/2+2 60kg/2+2 80kg/2+5 Kept it lighter and did some reps, quite nice Bent over rows 70kg/12,12,8 f**ked off the kettlebell lark, coudlnt be bothered. Feeling a bit annoyed with squats and deads, not sure if Im overtrained (more in the sense of other things going on than the lifting). Im thinking it might be worth splitting my sessions up a bit more or maybe having a pressing session and a sq/dl session. Any ideas? | ||

Strict Press 20kg/5 40kg/3 60kg/4,4 Hard work on the last rep of each set. A volume PB, wanted more sets but its 2x4 with my 5 rep max so good really Squat 20kg/5 60kg/5 80kg/5 90kg/10,10 PB LOL, not done a set more than 5 in years. Not bad speed, enjoyed them as I got a good endorphin hit from them Pause Squat 70kg+20kg chain/3,3 Super speedy and easy Pullups 11kg/5,5 Kneeling Ab wheel 0kg/6,6 Defranco Pullaparts Light band/12,12,12 No kb work again. A pleasing session, I also took it careful on my depth on the squat because I tend to go alll the way down and its part of my back problems. | ||

Will start back up splitting my training so sq/dl are combined and everything else in the one later in the week. See whether it works! | ||

Feeling ill at the moment and have a job interview tomorrow. Got my bonus in from work though so might buy some protein powder Close grip 4 board press 40kg/5 60kg/5 80kg/2 100kg/1 115kg/2 Was planning 2 sets but left it Deadlift 60kg/5 100kg/5 140kg/10 Belt on PB Hard work, my back is still a bit dodgy - its been better since I bought a back support for my car Stiff led Deadlift 105kg/5,5 Hard on my poor lower back Hang clean + Front squat combo 40kg/2+2 60kg/2+2 70kg/2+2 Feeling sick by this point so did the minimum Bent over rows 75kg/10,10 Was planning for 3 sets but close to failure so left it No kb work again, will bring it back soon. Decided to change my training so Im doing 5/3/1 three days a week - Im trying to keep my sessions short to hopefully aid my shameful recovery. I also started with falsely light maxes in order to get some rep work in for a while. Strict Press 20kg/5 30kg/5 35kg/5 40kg/10 PB Dont think Ive ever done a set of ten Pullups 5kg/4,4 KB work 5 minutes of swings/juggling/snatches etc 30 minute session and I feel quite fresh as opposed to my usual knackeredness. Lovely | ||
