Just bought 2 from sainburys for £1 (Launch offer)each pot has 13.2g of protein. Nice thick yogurt with fruit. I would give it 7 out of 10.

Is it seriously as good as I think it looks? Looking at it online now, says it's 12g protein per 100g, f**k all fat, and cheap as chips ! How have I never heard of this before. Gonna buy a tub and some cream and test this s**t

Quark and Options orange choccy sachet. Add a little water then mix and refridgerate or freeze.
You get chocolate orange mousse from fridge and a kinda ice cream from freezer.

Add berries / nuts or whatever if you want Tongue

Are the people who have dairy issues affected as much by quark as they would milk or other cheese?
