18 inch Deadlifts this morning on de load so was
6 reps @ 210kg
4 reps @ 210kg
4 reps @ 210kg

Moved onto stand good mornings
3 sets of 6 reps @ 70kg
All sets at reps done!!

In later for some more deadlift abuse!! Looking forward to it lol!

140kg 3 sets @ 6 reps all done!!!

Then did incline back extension
4 sets of 8 reps
All done

after a goo arms session over the weekend back to the squats

5 @ 170kg
5 @ 170kg
5 @ 170kg
2 @ 170kg
3 @ 170kg
5 @ 170kg

in-between each sets i did single leg curls at 27kg 7 sets of 5 reps on each leg
was 2 min rest between each set killed me today

squats again later yay!!!

we all love squats lol

4 sets of 9 reps @ 140kg managed all sets and reps!!

then 4 sets of 40 meter sled drag with 1ookg on

back for a double tomorrow of over head sounds fun!!!

log press this morning with 95kg was suppose to be 5 sets of 5 but the 4th set only managed 3 reps but the rest were completed!

moved onto seated barbell press with 50kg for 4 sets in-between each set i did Powell raises with 5kg DB 4 sets of that both at 7 reps each!
more overhead later tonight!!

barbell press tonight to start with 5 sets of 8 reps at 80kg managed all sets and reps!
moved onto lock outs did 4 sets of 7 reps at 70kg all done!!

dead lifts tomorrow should be fun!!
the its off for xmas yay!!!

Good old deadlift this morning

did 140kg with chains 5 sets of 4 reps 3 seconds down with a 2 second pause!
the did Romanian dead lifts with 40kf 4 sets of 10!!

got deadlifts again later really feeling the difference now the whole movement is alot tighter so all good!!

Hope everyone had a good xmas!!

a little bit of training today just to get back in the swing of things did squats to start with

5 x 150kg
5 x 160kg
5 x 170kg
5 x 180kg
2 x 190kg

moved onto log press

5 x 80kg
5 x 90kg
4 x 100kg
1 x 110kg
1 x 120kg

almost had 125kg just didn't stabilise my self!!
another session tomorrow so really get in the swing of it!!!

Had deadlifts today

2 x 170kg
2 x 180kg
2 x 190kg
2 x 200kg
1 x 210kg
1 x 220kg (current pb)
Moved up 10kg each time and got a new pb of 260kg
So really happy with that!!!

There is nothing like finishing off the year with some Monday morning squats!!
7 sets of 5 reps this morning at 174kg got squats later as well so have a good new year every one

Hope everyone had a good new year!
Back to training this morning involved log press
Quick warm up and moved on to 5 sets of 4 reps @ 105kg
Went a bit like 4,4,4,3,1 do not great but ok!

After that was a seated BB press with 65kg was ment to do 5 set of 7......didn't turn out that well
Was more like 6,6,6,5,3

In between each BB press I was doing 7reps @ 7kg on the Powell raise on each arm
Managed all of them ok!

Be back in later for some more pain!!
Start the new year as I mean to go on!! Hit it hard!!

Tonight was BB press over head
Quick warm up
Aimed for 5 sets of 5-7 rep @ 85kg
Went a bit like 7,7,7,6,6

On to lock out
Close grip lock out 5 sets of 5-7 reps
Did 7,6,6,7.6

More dead lift tomorrow morning nice and early!

So deadlifts

5 sets of 3 reps with chains!! (Weights are without chains)

3 @ 170kg
3 @ 180kg
3 @ 190kg
3 @ 190kg
3 @ 190kg

Was hard work but felt good!!

Then onto Romanian deadlifts

5 sets of 9 reps @ 50kg with a 2 second pause at the bottom
Managed all reps and sets

Got more deadlifts later so will see what that brings....
