I'm happy with being not allowed my last three dumbbell reps although I thought it was 50 50 on some, but watching that back im glad its not just me that thought the Irish lads were just as bad or worse with two hands for example. But im sure bish could have done one more than me no matter how many I did anyway. The right guy won.

Was the juniors on for 2 hours the other day because i just watched a repeat this morning but it was only on for an hour and showed day 1.Just seen day 2 is on tommorow morning!
