british_beef | Beefy's pork belly to prime fillet for 2013 u90kg season | 16-11-2012 @ 21:13
Member 1031, 1149 posts SQ 140, BP 120, DL 240500.0 kgs @ 95kgs UnEq | New training journal Aiming to be fitter, healthier and a lot leaner for the 2013 season Still harbouring a few niggly injuries from this years training/competitions but 90% happy with my current state. Unsure which comps to aim at this year but toying with Dave Meers midlands qualifier or the southern naturals qualifier. Sadly will probably only have enough commitment for 1 of them, next years Big Gay Bash and probably 1 other. No major lifting goals in sight, im thinking a general all round improvement in performance/strength is needed. Although a 250kg deadlift would be nice for xmas.
