Feeling on top of the world right now. Sleep is great for the first time in my life (like, 8 hours EVERY NIGHT). Left the pull there as I wana work up this week, get the deadlift groove back. Bench felt strong, definitely creeping towards 140kg tng right now, 137.5kg before the year is out for sure.

I never squat heavy with out one. I reckon if I was to max out completely raw I could do 200kgs, so quite a lot really. Perhaps if I always squatted raw then I could close that gap somewhat.

301 would be f**king awesome at 90kgs!

Added some shoulder/tricep/lat work in as I wont be in over the weekend, back at home and no gym pass anymore.

First time beltless on a pull in two years? Being able to hit a PB on Olympic squats afterwards shows I'm in pretty good shape right now. Right now I may not even run Sheiko off the 5" platform, no need! Add the belt + going absolutely nuts I reckon I could hit 275kg on this gym bar which is a PB anyway. More ab work, get those squats up and 301kg is going DOWN...
