Oh just to clarify.....

log is floor to overhead ?

arm over arm is a land rover ?

car deadlift is for reps not time ? with or without straps ?

and i only have to load the washing machines onto a phonebook because i'm only 3 feet tall?

truck pull will be a fire engine on flat ground, will either be a harness pull or arm over arm, we will decide nearere the day once we have tried it out both ways

deadlift will be reps with straps

wear platforms for the loading event !!!

how far has the truck got to be pulled mate? and what time limit..

all 105s taken still got spaces for opens

ropes are 20m so it wont be any further than that, going up in the next week or 2 to try out the pull and arm over arms see which is easier on the flat surface and will decide final format then, hopefully still head to head for both pull and arm over arm.....will probably still be 75 seconds
