All of the above, except Leicine. What is it?

Touching on what Tom said regarding test; i'd say ample fats in your diet would be important. I'm a strong believer in the higher fat, lower carb approach to a 'healthy' diet so you may disagree with me. But getting those fats in should help with natural test levels. unsure as to the level of that effect though....

I think test boosting supps like tribulus are a waste of money to be honest, creatine can work wonders for some people though.

depends on goals, for strength decent creatine mono cheaper the better
1kg £15 , buy every 2 years then Grin

decent bcaa l-glutamine citrulline malate formula, excel by bbw tastes pretty good & is something I rate to decrease muscle soreness & protect muscle whilst training & boost strength endurance or high intensity performance for longer, works out much cheaper than buying them all seperately & is already flavoured so im not chucking something nasty tasting down & having to stair or shake for ever for the ingrediants to dissolve.

then a pre-workout when needed to give a kick up the arse, charge by bbw , pre-form by chaparral labs , better body sports carnivore these are ones I like having tried a fair few

Regarding Natural Test Levels, Mike Mahler has written some interesting stuff on Hormone Optimization and ways to naturally boost the good ones and decrease bad ones. Can't say i understand a great deal of it though
