I do wear straps caus i have lots of wrist problems lately on my right hand so it hurts a lot wen i supinate it... and i am used to supinate that hand..... other way around feels not comfy.
When my wrist is better i will lose the straps again, but not for now Must say that it feels better every week....
Did hurt it months ago with a wheelflip and it keeps hurting with supinating the hand... Like stones, wheelflips and biceps curl or deadlift... rest it doesnt hurt... with strenghtening the wrist most of its problem is solved....
