 embarrasingly poor bench Member 2684, 4043 posts SQ 240, BP 135, DL 275650.0 kgs @ 103kgs UnEq | Closest place I know of is Gav Lairds place up in Inverness, Forge Gym. He's got a pretty decent set up there, missing a couple of things, or certainly was last time I was there last year but certainly think it would be your best bet, next closest would be Aberdeen. | ||

I need to knuckle down...just don't tell the miss us Inverness would be under an hour, Aberdeen probably slightly under 2 hours, Forge in Inverness is probably your best bet, assuming they've still got the same kit as before you'll get access to plenty of bars racks etc, a set of stones (not sure how heavy they go), a couple of tyres, farmers, a log-bar and plenty space outside to use the kit. Results in Aberdeen has a slightly larger selection of kit but is obviously further away. You should be able to find both places on the internet/facebook. | ||
