I used to work with a big breasted girl and she always smelt great but had a man so knew there was no chance id get to see though titties out.when she went for her break I used to take her pinny to the gents with me ,sneak it in to the cubicle and put it on and sniff it whilst pulling the plonk, also someone had wrote on the wall "times wanked here"and everyone used to put a stroke on the wall everytime they chugged

no deadstop each rep,ive pulled 300k from 15inch 285k from 11 inch and have pulled an easy 270k from floor but I tore my bicep doing floor deads mixed grip and now do doh and just cant get that 1st rep fast
all my other lifts are improving every week just deadlift has came to a grinding halt

Just wondering if anyone has same problem. When I m deadlifting my 1st rep is always slow but 2 -10 or whatever the rep range are always fast, dunno if its my technique on 1st rep or not, probably is tbh I seem to sit down too much but have tried to not dip as much and still have same problem

I have a Crock shoulder and would never have competed based on not being able to do the 105 log (105k log for reps which was the fashion in the noughties!)

I would never have had so much fun and showed off what I was good at. Hell I was good a farmers and Yolk in my 30s.

In summary, just go for it. F deadlift its only 1 movement.

thanks man

Hi troops ,always been pish at reps on floor deads, most comps at I compete at or have in the past have always been up to 260k for reps, maybe a daft question but If it was use wd use stick to just floor deads and build up slowly or add other stuff in if ur main goal was just reps from floor, cheers. All mu other lifts are flying but floor dead has always been my weak point and stops me competing
