They do not respond to e-mails and I was left on hold for over 20-minutes trying to speak to one of the customer services reps today. I joined their forum to see if that might prompt them to pull their fingers out and they responded by banning me instantly. I noticed half a dozen deleted threads on there where other people had done the same thing. So it seems their idea of customer service is to ignore their customers and prevent them from talking amongst themselves at the same time. I appear to have woken up in China. ...I spend a s**t-ton with these idiots too. Well, I spent a s**t-ton with them... Perhaps they will see fit to respond on here. If nothing else people should know what to expect when they are dealing with them. | ||

It took a f**king age for them to get back to me (about 2 weeks) with me constantly chasing. They've given me a voucher code worth 20% of my order which is nice but an apology would have gone a long way. | ||

Yodel took weeks, then said they had delivered it when they hadn't, lots of issues. Took him a while to get to speak to anyone at myprotein, but when he finally did the stuff was delivered 3 hours later by UPS, haha | ||

Eith my order turns up next day no problems or i wait for ages and in some cases received orders lacking items. Never been able to get in touch past ensuring the missed items weren't charged for.... Not particually impressive. Lucky for them there prices mean I don't get too stressed about a wrong sized tee-shirt or missing tub of whatever. | ||
