Yesterdays session was s**t, didnt really feel like i had any energy, i had no target for the session.
Deadlift
70 - 2x3
120 - 1x1
130 - 1x1
140 - 1x1
145 - fail
130 - 2x2
I definatly need to work on reps in deadlift rather than going for a pb every session. Next session 5x2 on 130 and then 1x5 on 120.
Finished off with some back exercises and bicep
Lat pull downs
seated row
shrugs
preachers curls
dumbell curls

sqat session tonight with legs. wasnt too bad i quite like doing it im gona just carry on workin at it.

Bench Session. didnt go too well, i felt as if i needed a deload week in bench either that or i was just having an off session.
Bench
20 - 2x10
60 - 2x3
100 - 1x1
(At this point i was undecided weather to go for 1 quick rep on 110 then go for 120.)
110 - 1x2 (went for 3 reps but failed the last rep, only got it half way)
(Probably not best for me to go for 120, so i didnt.)
105 - 1x3
90 - 1x3
Conclusion:- s**t bench session
Finished off with some bodybuilding chest: dumbell press, incline dumbell press, flies, and cables.

Deadlift, back and abit of bi's. Generally went good i thought making improvement which is good, better than last weeks session anyway.

Went well, 3 doubles on my 1rep PB, should mean that i get a new 1 rep PB soon, next session im going for 140 - 3x3 then the session after that 150.

Yeh cheers shaun, thats something that ive been trying to work on, doing more working sets then going for PB's, Still adjusting to it really mate, i always used to go for 1 rep PB's every other week.

That new Pb will be here very soon. Nice work with the doubles. I find them a very hard number to pull.

Cheers, im just going to continue to give it my best and pre-plan sessions so i know what i am going for, then if i feel capable for a PB then i will come for it. Training going good.

went well today. had in mind to do 3x3 on 60 so i could go for 70 next session.
squat
20 - 3x5
40 - 2x3
60 - 5x3 Rep PB

i felt like i could do another 2 sets on 60 so i did. 70 next session.

hamstring curls

really felt this. my hamstrings need a lot of work so i can sit more into the squat and also for deadlift

Bench didnt really go to plan. I felt like i was strong enough to get 120 so after syking myself up for it i decided that that was ultimatley the aim of the session.

Overall i didnt feel too good about the session obviously because of the fail on 120. After watching the video of me doing it, i think that its my triceps that were failing me. Hence the close grip and the dips. Going to work more on my triceps to try and get them to the standard i want them to be.
Plan - Work up to 3x3 and then 5x5 on 110 before going for 120 again!
