18 Inch Deadlift

Top of deadlift is really poor at the moment, it comes up quick at the bottom then I'm really struggling above the knees.

Thought I'd see how many reps I could push out at the end of each exercise, definitely feel like I'm improving.

Head wasn't in it at all on the last lift, barely moved it from the floor.

Was going for 5 x 5 but my wrist was really painful on the first lift so decided to leave it.

Wrist was painful so binned routine and decided to do a few single heavy lifts instead.

Got it on the third try Happy

Really happy with this.

Tried to do some strict pressing but couldn't manage much, hopefully my wrist will be sorted after the weekend.
