Didn't realise you'd started a log on here pal, sessions are looking good, i'm thinking of starting the ed coan routine after the Welsh, it looks good.

Cheers Simon, I would definitely recommend the ed coan routine, it's the most effective routine I've used so far.

Cheers mate, I've been kickboxing now for just under a year, started it up to help with cardio and loose weight, it's helped a lot.

Really happy with today's session, getting faster on the yoke and surprised myself with the 125kg continental clean, still a lot of work to be done on my overhead pressing though.
The 115kg press was close, I'll give it another go in a few weeks.

Really tough session today, I think it was because I did event training yesterday.
