Cheers Simon, I'm looking to pull 240kg maybe more by the end of this cycle and by the end of the year I'm hoping for around 265kg - 270kg.

Whats happening with that comp' now, the closing date was 11th march but i've not heard anything nor has the thread been updated.
Is it still two events then a cut?

I'll try and find out, If you've sent in your forms and cheque you should be ok.
I'll see if I can get hold of a competitors list from the gym.

Thanks pal, i sent the form you forwarded and the cheque about two weeks ago and i don't think the cheques been cashed yet.
I also asked them for a conformation e-mail when they recieved my form but still nothing.Roll-Eyes

For some reason I ran out of energy completley and couldn't finish my routine. I decided to continue anyway and just did what I could.

Axel clean

100kg x 1
110kg x 1 - continental clean
120kg x 1 - continental clean
140kg F - close though

Front squat

65kg x 5
105kg x 1
120kg - Picked up and put straight back down, no energy at all in my legs.

Log clean and press

60kg x 5 - 1 movement
70kg x 1 - 1 movement
65kg x 5 - 1 movement
60kg x 7 strict from shoulders.

Bad session today, not sure why I didn't have any energy but glad I did something.
