Remember the key thing he kept banging on about was to start light. Those 2's and 3's should be done with a weight you could rep out 8-10 times if you needed to. Then progress from there slowly, like a rep a session. | ||

Then maybe throw in a few inclines and narrow grip. My old workouts used to be much more BBing style, compound exercise followed by s**t loads of isolation stuff. Time to get strong | ||
