Hi all, any tips please, was doing heavy leg press. yes serves me right and I should have squatted. Anyway, my right leg buckled and went out sideway hence the carriage crashed down. I felt only what can be described as a thump on the inside of my thigh and bottom of my abbs (this was one week ago). From there the pain has got less and I can move my leg, I managed light (ish) deads, squats are a total non-starter (body weight only) and bench is tricky getting my leg on the floor. I can take some time off, but I have a comp in 5 weeks. Anything you think I can do, or as I suspect I'm not going?

I've no idea what it could be, but I think it's time to wake up and take a reality check mate. For the sake of your long health and recovery, it sounds like madness to even contemplate still competing in 5-weeks.

Get to a physio, get it treated and come back with a vengence when you're fully recovered. I hope it's something you can recover from quickly pal. Happy
