Funky_monkey said:Deffo interested. Do you know what they add at the top of your deadlift? Stand on scales with one and double it around your feet, then stand up with it arms straight. Tell me how many kg heavier your scale shows, and i'll do the same.

Erm...does this help?

Anybody interested in these?

I've only used them a hand full of times, they are in mint condition with a bit of
dirt on them, think I paid 29.00 brand new.

I'm asking 20.00 for them plus any postage charges if needed.

Yeah for a decent answer a little more background info is needed.
I could certainly tell you what I did which helped my bench, mine was s**t for years, but it may not apply.

slimsim said:I've no idea what it could be, but I think it's time to wake up and take a reality check mate. For the sake of your long health and recovery, it sounds like madness to even contemplate still competing in 5-weeks.

Get to a physio, get it treated and come back with a vengence when you're fully recovered. I hope it's something you can recover from quickly pal. Happy

Been doing this for about 10 weeks and will need to de-load pretty soon.
Do I de-load twice on a particular lift before I move onto 3x5 then onto 1x5?
