Did squats yesterday omg they are fcuked today and they kept cramping really bad last night. Worked on depth , from what I can see is am not made for squating deep, my mate videoed me and I went down as far as I can , ass touching my calfs and it looked like I had only just gone past parallel.

General update , did some yoga yesterday and really enjoyed it , also went to nando's for the first time and had a hot chicken and garlic bread and 2 slices of cheese cake , was very nice.
Last day of training tomorrow before comp, still not picked opening lifts yet.

ever thought of doing recovery work on the days off mate, basic light sleddragging forwards With Belt /backwards wb /side to side wb / held below knee
and just basic hyperextensions or very light deadlifts just to pump up the area and get some fresh blood supply to the muscles and speed up joint healing.
some guys do basic aqua work to keep supple and again for recovery purposes.
or even do this 6 hr after training or so.

not really got time to do stuff like that and normally only have 2 days off if that.

Well seen as am sat doing nothing I am gona work out all my plans for the year regarding training, diet, competing ect. I have rough ideas and a main goal (to go back to bodybuilding super huge and make a big impact) but this needs to be carefully structured in order for me to succeed.
I have won the first bodybuilding and powerlifting competitions that I ever entered so on the list of goals is to win my first ever strongman comp and make it a hat trick.

Hey mate ! What have you done to your shoulder ? Are you a northern monkey ? The qualifier up in consett is a tough one this year and stacked with wee beasties !

Hi mate , my left shoulder had a little niggle from sleeping in funny positions , thats not so bad now but hurt right 1 deadlifting , seems to be getting better now.
Yep am a northern monkey from manchester, am not sure what comps am doing yet but def want to do a strongman comp , the events look good at that one 2.

Off to the gym for a back session , cant wait to deadlift , not gona go to heavy though as still sore and I hurt my shoulder doing deadlift.
