Cheers very much lads, I thought the blocks we used for 18inches was a little high, one of the lads knocked up some 17inch blocks. Much more difficult to get the weight moving. I have a video of the 340kg and some pics of the 362.5kg. I will more than likely stay at this height for a few weeks, I dont think I would have moved anything over 362.5kg today Unhappy

Cheers Shane buddy, likewise mate.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Mon 9th jan
Squat

60kgx10
100kgx3
140kgx3
180kgx3
230kgx3 monolift
265kgx3 knee wraps
300kgx1 half suit/knee wraps no belt
300kgx1
300kgx1

Held back weight to go heavy on deadlifts this friday, next week will be a very heavy session.

Leg press
3sets 10 reps

Standing calve raises
3 sets 12 reps, super set with heel raises on 20kg disk, no rest. Love this little calf workout, the blood just does not leave that area and it gives you wicked growth if you lag in that area.

Reverse crunches (weighted)
3 sets 20, 15, 10 with weight increasing on each set.

Foam roller, light stretching of hams and calves.
