Friday 6th jan 60kgx5 60kgx5 100kgx3 140kgx3 180kgx3 220kgx3 260kgx3 300kgx1 felt good, did not pull as hard as possible, just pulled a little slower to feel the weight, if that's possible this heavy (lol). 17inch deadlifts 260kgx2 300kgx2 340kgx1 362.5kgx1 pb Seated rows (narrow attachment) 3 sets 10 reps Pulldowns behind neck 3 sets 10 reps Weighted sit ups Bodyweight 10 reps 10kgx5 20kgx5 40kgx5 pb, felt bstard heavy, happy to get this weight. Foam roller, stretched hams and groin. | ||

Much more difficult to get the weight moving. I have a video of the 340kg and some pics of the 362.5kg. I will more than likely stay at this height for a few weeks, I dont think I would have moved anything over 362.5kg today | ||

Leg press 3sets 10 reps Standing calve raises 3 sets 12 reps, super set with heel raises on 20kg disk, no rest. Love this little calf workout, the blood just does not leave that area and it gives you wicked growth if you lag in that area. Reverse crunches (weighted) 3 sets 20, 15, 10 with weight increasing on each set. Foam roller, light stretching of hams and calves. | ||
