4 Weetabix (Tesco's own) & a protein shake when I got in, spinach and ricotta cannelloni with potato, onion & leek in the oven now. 1 can of Tennant's Super and 2 cans of Crest Super 10% in the fridge.

i had 2 pouches of cod in butter sauce, with boiled potatoes, 2 boiled eggs (tried doing them the way heston did on his programme, didnt work lol) peas and sweetcorn

My mates been banging on about cod roe, and he got me a big tin today. Just had cod roe fish cakes (coated with egg and seasoned flour) with mash and peas. Bloody lovely!
