no its some tricep work, i felt the 12 sets of speed work was probably enough for the one days Speed workout

Warmup: rolling on a med ball(left foam roller at home)/lat pulldown/facepull/dislocates

long day today, up at 5.30 drove to derby didnt get back till 7 and went strainght to the gym...

it might as well be, i despise the place now, its become associated with 5am starts and 7pm finishes, still im richer every time i come back!

I am indeed jordan, im training bench there mondays and fridays starting this friday, what time are you in nowadays, you still bench mondays right!

New briefs felt really good, way too loose in the hips though. THe legs fit right but there about 3 inch too big on the hips...

OOOH There so much better than i imagined, beyond my wildest dreams, theyre absolutely faab-uless!

nah, theyre good they support but theyre well too big in the hips so dont give any pop like poly briefs should
