I remember when i was younger thinking how cool back somersaults looked but never dared try them.

3 years ago i got it into my head that i wanted to do one and that i was nt going to stop trying untill i did it.

Mastered it within a couple of days from standing, amazing feeling when i hit my first one ha. I was only 80 kg then though so think i'd struggle now.

Front somersaults always seemed harder to me, never managed one of those.

Somersaults are the use of no hands whilst flip are where you use your hands to push back over onto your feet.
